Inspired by other artists to bring extra sound

The Deep Records, Ltd. publisher has been collaborating with significant domestic and international music producers since its inception on various types of collaborations and so- called featuring projects.

Covers with Jaro Slávik

In the summer of 2022, after years, Doctor reunites with Jaro Slávik, resulting in a joint project of covers of famous Slovak hits with an electronic foundation. Jaro Slávik immediately negotiates house adaptations of two legendary hits from the composer Vaša Patejdl’s workshop with Opus, a.s. publisher. Vaša Patejdl was the pioneer of successful experimentation with electronic sound in the 80s. The first cover is the song “Nemožná” from the movie “Fontána pre Zuzanu” with the unforgettable vocals of Silvia Slivová and lyrics by Boris Filan. The second cover is the song “Sme také aké sme,” which launched the successful singing career of Beata Dubasová with lyrics by Jaroslav Spišiak.

JAYDEE

In January 2023, deep records, Ltd. starts developing a collaboration with the legendary Dutch DJ and producer Robin Albert, known as Jaydee, famous for the hit “Plastic Dreams.” The result is a featuring in the song “The Coda” from City revisited, where Jaydee recorded a portion of the lead synth melodies.
